NP [name removed] looked after me very well indeed and explained the treatment to me and put me totally at ease.

Although my phone appointment with a physio was cancelled because of illness I was offered a phone appt with my GP & was actually seen the same day as I had an acute injury.
I was very thankful.
Suggested improvements
It was very satisfactory when I discussed my concerns with the receptionist and she realised that an appointment the following week was not really appropriate.

Both the doctor and nurse who we saw were so good with [name removed]. Very friendly and some great advice from the doctor about cradle cap just cause she noticed it. I really appreciate this type of care.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
