I rang this morning and got an appointment at the surgery I prefer as closer and it was at a decent time and the nurse was lovely aswell made us feel at ease as my daughter is Anxious about doctors

A months wait for a f2f gp appointment .

Ensure triaging at telephone point is effective to enable patients to access f2f appointments. Probably need more GP staff to be available ?

I called to ask advice and although not an urgent appointment- I was offered one 5 days later. All on time and I felt listened to and advice given was really helpful. Thanks

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
