It was a routine blood test I attended. There were some extra tests to be done after a conversation with a doctor the previous week. It can be difficult to get an answer from the surgery about something medical that is different with me, for example a skin problem.

My appointment was arranged a couple of weeks ago to see the doctor. At the same time I made an appointment for a medicine review and that is not until next week. Why is there a two to three week wait!!!!!

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
