Really pleased to find I can self refer and get a directs appointment with a physio. Saves GPS precious time and is better for me as it gets me to what I need (a rehab programme) quickly.

The receptionist lady who took my call was pleasant and quick the doctor seen was lovely and completed her job well did a great job of looking after my daughter very satisfied

The system feels like you're discouraged from making a face to face appointment. There seems to be loads of hoops to jump through to get face to face with a doctor.
I feel as if you need to be at death's door before trying.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
