It was reasonably easy to make the appointment but I had to queue on the phone for some time. However I was offered an appointment within three days which I thought was good under the present circumstances.

Suggested improvements
Nothing really - I was satisfied with the service.

I couldn’t get an appointment in 7 and 10 days to have sutures removed due to lack of nurses but was advised I could use the UTC to get them done. Very helpful.
