On this occasion not a problem but can be difficult to obtain a face to face appt without speaking about your health condition in public area. Receptionists are very helpful though.

[name removed] the nurse was fantastic, I had to bring my toddler along but [name removed] was very accommodating of this and was very kind with her, talking to her and making us both very welcome. [name removed] answered my questions with lots of detail which was great as some things I hadn't previously understood. Great service as always, thank you!

Diabetes service isn’t good and hasn’t been for a while fortunately this time no problem and got a follow up appointment for diabetes specialist nurse . But last year couldn’t at all

I have been able to get phone appointments and twelve monthly review appointments but haven't seen a doctor for years

This time - yes! I was given an appointment within 24 hours which was excellent. Other times I have only been able to get a telephone appointment.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
