There’s still a rush at 8am which makes it difficult to get appointments if you can’t call at that time. More appointments available in the short term (week ahead) would help. I’m sure not all 8am calls need an appointment that day

Rang at 8:04 and after a short wait before being answered, asked for a face to face appointment, and was offered a choice of 3 for that day. Doctor was on time and called me in a couple of minutes before my appointment time. She took time to listen to me about what was going on, and explained clearly what she felt was happening. Discussed a plan of action and suggested a follow up appointment in two week's time, which she booked there and then for me. I left feeling listened to and cared for at a time that I'm finding difficult. Thank you.

Dr [name removed] had good communication skills, good eye contact and listening skills. Session went well but one question. He mentioned the spots of blood l have when walking could be something besides piles which had been identified but l came away and realised that l haven’t asked what else?

Had surgery two weeks ago and still bleeding. Was told if I am still bleeding in a week to call back because I need to see someone. Told me that they can’t fit this week. Didn’t give me an appointment. Told me to go to the urgent treatment centre.
