App options for booking an appointment can steer you to the wrong choice. If I want to see a doctor it is not obvious which choice to make, I ended up seeing a nurse who directed me to reception to book an appointment.

Sometimes you have to wait to long for an appointment when you phone for one you want it in at least a couple of days not a couple of weeks

I have not had any problems with booking appts, sometimes have to wait awhile for my call to be answered but that is only to be expected with a busy practice.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
