I was able to see a doctor straight away. The appointment was at my nearest surgery. The Doctor helped me with my issue. I didn't have to wait at the time of my appointment. Booking system efficient.

Receptionist rold us about flu jabs and booked us appointments.
Dr [name removed] was excellent but he does have a tendency to give lots of info whish is really good, but I found I didn't remember all of it easily.
This may be just me as my memory ain't what it used to be.
Overall however this was a very positive experience. I felt included in decisions about meds and what treatment I might get.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
