It is difficult to have to

It is difficult to start phoning at 08;00 and not being able to get through, and if one holds on for some time one is put on a long queue.
I understand that urgent cases should be able to see a doctor or a nurse on the day, but one should be able to make an appointment with someone else rather than one's.own GP in one or two days without having to queue so early in the morning.

The receptionists on the phone and at the desk were very helpful and I was pleased that I got an appointment the same day.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
