The doctor arranged the appointment when he was on a call to me. The Physio listened to what I had to say and offered a route for further investigations, explaining why she was doing what she was doing.

I can't comment on this as all worked fine for me.

I very rarely see a doctor. The process and turnaround of 2 days to be seen I think is very good when considering the amount of pressure the surgery may well be under. Communication, very good. The doctor I saw was a credit to his profession, I am nervous and private, my go to person has always been [name removed], when I got a different contact I was unsure, please give feedback as he was professional to the maximum and making the patient feel valued and listened to.

On the day of my appointment, when I keyed in my details on the self check system it wasn’t recognising it, I tried twice before error message instructing me to go to reception, when I told the lady at reception she knew straight away once I said the Drs name.

The member of staff was caring, kind listened well to my concerns and explained things in detail. Overall great experience.
