The nurse and Nursing Practitioner went above and beyond to help me. I was confused by post op information I had been given about removal of stitches. They were very understanding and allowed me to go and verify with the medics (in a prior health authority) to confirm, then come back and hour later to have the stitches removed. The nurse was very careful and considerate. The seating in the waiting room was actually comfortable for me (not the case in my past experience!) All in all I'm so far I am very impressed with my first medical experience within this surgery.

This does not relate to this visit but to the surgery pharmacy. Try as I might, my printed repeat prescription list is still not correct. It would be great if that can be sorted.

As usual excellent. [name removed] listened to my concerns and asked relevant questions in relation to these. She didn’t rush me and was empathic to my health issues. She was clear about what help was available directly from the surgery (medication) and the local hospital services. I have never been let down by our wonderful health service or by your staff at any of your surgeries. Thank you all.

It is not easy to get an immediate appointment as the only way is to ring at 8am which I did. Yesterday the best I was offered by the helpful receptionist was mid June.
