I feel really listened to and the issues were explained very clearly. V kind manner and super helpful. I also was glad to see the GP had access to the very latest guidance and she also explained why the guidance had changed extremely well. Excellent.

I was involved in all decisions made, the doctor was extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything he said..
The two nurses I saw, were very pleasant, kind and understanding…
The receptionist went above and beyond everything to get me the help I needed..
Overall I couldn’t have had better treatment anywhere else….. lovely helpful welcoming staff.. and a lovely clean surgery..

Receptionist were amazing. Doctor advice poor special after waiting pretty long plus having over half an hour delay my visit was shorter than 10 min

Visit was delayed about half an hour. Would be nice to be informed about it. That's a bit of time due to my working day.

I did not speak to the receptionist as I used the online check in. The appointment with the practice nurse was easy to organise and very timely. The practice nurse herself was very kind, compassionate, and very efficient.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
