Not easy but I was lucky as I got a cancellation and everything went well for me. I was told to call at 8am. I was tenth in the queue. At 8:15 I got through and was offered an appointment at 3:30pm which was an ideal time for me on a Thursday.

I am not sure anything could have been done better. When I went in to set up an appointment I was offered early October. I had been to Maude Street Pharmacy with my problem and they recommended medication for a rash on the left side of my ankle. If there was no improvement in 7 days I was to see a Doctor which is what I did. Thankfully I am now on stronger medication and hoping that will clear up the problem.

I have my original appointment at James Cochrane Surgery, it was cancelled because the nurse is poorly, they moved my appointment the next day but i am on duty, i called the surgery and fortunately they are helpful and find the the right time that suit me in Maude Street Surgery. Thank you.

I was pleased to get an appointment so quickly. The treatment was discussed with me before it was done. All the staff were welcoming and informative.

The locum I had yesterday was so great explained everything so I could fully understand she did such a great job with having none of my notes as computers were down. I went away feeling hopeful
