I didn't notice how clean the surgery was.

I was required to use the lift on my mobility scooter. It was awkward reversing out, including reversing past the top of the stairs which I thought was dangerous. It was painful for my neck doing such a long reverse. It would be helpful for me to have been seen downstairs but I was glad I'd been seen the same day & understand logistics may have prevented this at such short notice.

Productive and informative discussion with GP who took into account my current circumstances. Everything went smoothly in terms of check in and arranging a follow up appointment. This appointment was quite a wait, but my follow up health check is in a couple of weeks. If I need an appointment I usually have no problem getting one.

The fact for an urgent appointment you have to ring up at 8:00 am. The routine telephone appointment I was initially given was for over 3 weeks later. Fortunately I was able to get an urgent appointment

Wish you could just ring up and make an urgent appointment. It is not always convenient due to work etc ringing up at 8 am next day

. The doctor at the process was very nice and professional. She explained everything as well as answered all my queries and assured me. She spoke through everything and also discussed my entire case. So I was very satisfied with the appointment day.

The booking of this particular appointment was quite delayed and should be automatically done or reminded like smear test as it’s already there in patient records. I had to wait for more than 1 month to get an implant procedure done. Also I was told that no doctor was available
