It is easy to get a routine appointment but the length of time before you get it sometimes might be a problem

I had to wait 10 minutes after my designated appointment time before I was seen. If I’d arrived 10 minutes late would I still have been seen?

Planned follow up appt. Thorough screening, tests etc. Results fully discussed. Nurse [name removed] very clear, consulted with GP and prescribed appropriately. Very impressed, pleased and relieved after consultation.

I would have had 4 to 5 weeks to see Dr [name removed], so rang the next day and 2 days later had an appointment with Dr [name removed]. A good physician who even did a blood test so not having to call back at the surgery. Waiting for results but I was treated very well. Thank you Dr [name removed].

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
