Took 20 mins to get through to the care navigator. Following a quite detailed explanation of what my condition was I was then given a phone call appointment with a nurse practitioner. Following this phone call I was made an appointment for that morning.

Suggested improvements
I do not think I could have had a better overall experience. Would just like to say because nobody can phone for an appointment until 8am inevitably you end up with a large phone wait.
