While everyone was nice I felt I was not listened to. I had said several times that my prescription would run out before my blood test and review appointment. When that happened I could not resolve it while at the surgery I had to phone up the dispensary which wasted their time and mine and will mean me coming back into town once it is with the chemists. In addition I asked whether I could have s blood test to check my antibodies as I have been ill for two months and am wondering if I had Covid. I was told just to ask at my blood test appointment and I could have it. At the blood test appointment I was told a GP would have to ok this. That is fair enough but it would be good to have known that.

Suggested improvements
Personally all staff are trying to be helpful but it seems like the system is not joined up and is therefore inefficient leaving you feeling like you are on a conveyor belt to be processed.
