I had to wait three weeks for an appointment which was a telephone app after that too. I had said how stressed I was feeling and things I had going on which is a very difficult conversation to have via phone, I felt I wasn’t really listened too, and the experience added to my stress, I’m due back at work next week and although don’t feel ready, equally don’t want the stress of waiting for telephone call for weeks on end!!

A quicker face to face app, and listened fully to what I was explaining,
