I had a cough over Christmas and then started with an ear infection on the 1st January. If the first doctor I saw on the 5th had seen me in person instead of over a pointless phone call he would have discovered aswell as a cough I had a perforated ear drum. But instead he false diagnosed what he COULD NOT see. And so I have ended up with a painful ear for a prolonged about of time because of his false diagnosis.

See people in person. Stop / charge the people phoning in about pointless stuff and see the people who actually need to be seen.
