I am a new patient here (from September), and have had vaccinations for Covid and Flu, all of which were administered very swiftly and efficiently. On my first visit to see a doctor, last Tuesday am, the receptionists were again extremely helpful indeed, making me feel very welcome. I was seen on time by Dr [name removed], who was very friendly and approachable. He listened carefully to what I had to say about my problems, asking questions but allowing me to ask questions too. I was given a thorough preliminary examination, and then given a series of appointments at the doctors and the local hospital. The receptionists booked these for me with no problems (and I got an X-Ray appointment at the Westmorland General Hospital that same morning!). I thorughly recommend this practice
