The toilet is not particularly accessible at Maude Street, it is too low, even with the both handles in use either side. I really struggled to get up and down. I had an appointment to discuss severe pain with my hip and knees. It did not help that the Doctor's almost first words were 'I'm not interested in joints'. The notes from my appointment do not even mention the hip pain.

Suggested improvements
The main result from the appointment was a referral to the Rheumatology Department and a repeat blood test beforehand. I had trouble getting a blood test appointment - it is in 4 weeks. The referral is supposed to occur in 3 to 4 weeks so may come first. Something needs to be done about the availability of blood test appointments. This seems to be an ongoing problem.
