There is often a long waiting hold on the phone. Getting an appointment, something which was so much easier and quicker with James Cochrane Practice when I was younger, is now weeks wait away.

On this visit, with this Dr (Dr [name removed]) nothing could have been better. The receptionist was polite and helpful and the Dr went above and beyond. Dr [name removed] is a breath of fresh air after 2 years of disappointment. Thank you
