Share review of The James Cochrane Practice

Horrific service, receptionist [name removed] was a waste of time and was rude on the phone. Asked to get an appointment from out of hours in 3 day however the practice can’t get me in till next week!?? Last time I was in there ceiling was leaking in the waiting room, cold and un inviting .

Actually have helpful staff, actually have more than one practice nurse available, having polite receptionist not rude snappy ones.
