I appreciate how busy you all are but it's not so easy by phone as you are kept in a queue. Easier at reception I would suspect. One cannot always wait in line to be answered which means keeping trying. Overall I haven't found it too bad because I'm retired and probably have more time.

Suggested improvements
I'm not in a position to say because I don't know the workload of the staff. I suspect busy most of the time. I will say that I have always been treated with respect and on the whole I don't have any complaints.
