It's sometimes difficult to explain to receptionists that you wish to see a nurse or GP. Triage by receptionist is not ideal. It's a heavy responsibility for staff not medically trained.

The actual appointment was good. Dr [name removed] is a good communicator, a good listener and is happy to deal with more than one condition. He explains well.
