We feel appointments are really hard to get hold of or to be seen by a doctor. Also knowing what is wrong with your child and ringing for an appointment to be told you need to ring in the following morning at 8am to be put in a queue. Then to be told there are no appointments is very frustrating. This time we were lucky with the system and had more of a positive experience. However we do dread ringing every time when we have a poorly child to be told there is no appointments.
