The lady on reception was the nicest person I have ever experienced at your practice - which is a huge improvement from normal. The nice receptionist was approx 40years old, female, long blonde hair. The Doctor today was by far the best person I have spoken to. Dr [name removed], sadly is a trainee and will likely be moving on, but what a delight he is and is exactly the type of person you should be looking to recruit at your practice. The male pharmacist was excellent, friendly, quick, knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Today was great. However, overall your surgery seems to run a ‘sad’ environment. Not sure what causes that, but it needs improvement.
