Phoned up and got a prompt response to a stand-alone clinic on the same day. Everyone helpful and approachable.
Suggested improvements
Clinic running late…. I had gambled with being able to do visit to surgery in lunch break….which meant that I was late for next work meeting, however it was due to issues with patient care…. which happen… no harm done.
