Most receptionists are very sympathetic and helpful but not all. Ringing at 8 usually works OK but routine appointments can be a while off. I’ve had several appointments recently. One ‘phone and tow f to f. All were conducted professionally and were very helpful including arranging follow up hospital tests and also a specialist follow up. We feel lucky to have such a good service as we start getting older.

Suggested improvements
Occasionally I feel that the Care Navigators are a bit obstructive although I fully understand the reasoning. Usually no problem.
