I was really impressed with my experience. I submitted my enquiry online, which was a really user friendly process. I was then given a telephone appointment 2 days later, which determined I needed to be seen in person. I was able to get a face to face appointment the same day. The speed at which my enquiry was dealt with was great and I was pleasantly surprised. Both the Receptionist and Doctor (Dr [name removed]) were very friendly and helpful. I was really pleased with the level of care I received.

There is nothing about my experience that I feel could have been done better.
