I just came for a shingles jab, and didn't have to make any decisions about care or treatment. I used self check in so didn't see any receptionists. The making of an appointment was complicated by the fact you had my medical records wrong. I had pointed this out at the time and been told it didn't matter. It does and has now been corrected. The young man who did the jab was very efficient and quick, it didn't hurt, and for the first time in my life, I didn't get a sore arm.

Suggested improvements
Making sure records are correct. Not using my mobile phone for sending me messages etc because it's not "smart" and I can't follow "links".
