The nurse who saw me was abrupt. I attended feeling quite distressed and she failed to pick up on that. She was very task focused. She did not wash her hands at all while I was in the clinic even though she took my blood. I did not feel it is a safe or nice practice. I am considering changing practices.

Basic hand hygiene. Helpful receptionist- I asked how to book a covid vaccination and she said “on line” I didn’t know if that meant bus patient access, the nhs app or something else. Receptionist was irritated that I didn’t know who my appointment was with
