I was fortunate enough to be seen by a GP on the day that I phoned for an appointment. This rarely happens, but on this occasion the GP went out of her way to see me. I have got to say that I was really impressed with the [name removed] [name removed]. Out of all GPs that I have been seen by, [name removed] [name removed] was the most approachable and thorough. She listened to everything I said, examined me for problems and made sure my urine sample was correct and sent off for testing the same day. So I can not speak highly enough of [name removed] [name removed].

This might sound a bit silly, but the screen in the waiting area calls people in for their appointments, but it only shows on one side of the room, so if you’re sat in the area nearest reception you don’t know it’s your turn to go. This is the Maude street practice. Also only one toilet was open, the other one you had to go and ask for the toilet to be opened, so not so good if you need to get to the loo quickly. There’s some good information on the big screen but the writing moves on too quickly for people to read.
