I telephoned and for an appointment with a doctor on that day, following my telephone conversation with a doctor on 111. Instead of getting an appointment with a dctor, I was given an appointment with the nurse practitioner.

Suggested improvements
To me it was important that I spoke to a doctor face-to-face s that he could see what the problem was. Three weeks for an appointment with a doctor was too long to wait.
