The consultation and treatment sessions were efficient and professional. Overall I felt in good hands. The receptionist was or seemed to be hampered by poor IT.

Suggested improvements
Better IT relating to booking appointments.

Like all IT systems, ours do experience issues from time to time, but luckily we have a very responsive IT department who tend to sort any issues quickly for us.
