Staff always helpful. I was attending for a CDM1 appt which was well organised and the extra tests the GP had arranged, when I spoke to him over the phone 4 days previously, were offered without prompting. Appt was on time and no time was wasted during it although I was able to ask questions and it didn't feel rushed. Appropriate questions were asked about my BP readings at home because it was a bit high. I was given a CDM2 appt when I made the CDM1 which means I didn't have to worry about arranging that with waiting on the phone a second time

Suggested improvements
My husband had attended for a well person 3 days earlier, he was weighed as I was. With clothes on we both weighed less than we do at home. It will be lovely if it is true but might mean that your scales need recalibration. I know that you can't do much about the phone call waiting time to get through. I like that you have added the number of calls ahead of you in the queue. This has been done at my uncle's surgery in Sheffield and it does save wasted time.
