I'm really sorry to give negative feedback as my experiences of the practice have always been good but I feel I need to say what follows. It is very disappointing to ring to get a follow up phone appointment several weeks before it is needed to be told that the Dr's clinics are not on the system & won't be for another few days. I was told to ring again as the appointments would go quickly. It is not good to then probably be much later in my follow up appointment than was agreed with the Dr.

Suggested improvements
Would it not be possible to book follow up appointments at the time this is agreed with the Dr rather than wait & then be told there are delays?
