It's difficult to get appointments unless you are prepared to wait weeks.

Suggested improvements
I contacted the surgery with 2 issues. When I saw the doctor he would only deal with 1 of problems and said I would need too make another appointment for the other.. Why wasn't I given a double appointment or 2 appointments ? I clearly stated I had 2 issues. Now I have to wait another 3.5 weeks to speak to someone which just adds to the worry and will probably make the problem worse. Do the reception staff not know this ?

Thank you for your feedback, it is really important that patients explain the reason for their appointment to our Care Navigators (including if they wish to discuss more than one thing), so that the appropriate amount of time can be allocated within our appointments system. I am very sorry to hear that this was not reflected in your experience.
