Feel I am very much involved in my care....practitioners accept your frame of reference and take that on board in consideration of your treatment and support plan. Signposts and explanations of hierarchy of Morecambe bay were given- helpful! I always feel genuinely understood and supported at JCP!

Given time and financial constraints of NHS ....I really can't think of what else you guys can do!
