Easy enough if you accept that it might be a long wait until your appointment & not necessarily with a doctor.….. although, for a balanced response, I have not needed an urgent appointment so don’t know how easy or not that would have been.
Suggested improvements
On this occasion I was thoroughly satisfied with my treatment. The GP I saw was very welcoming, thorough & professional. She went beyond her main obligation to offer kindness & support on an unrelated matter.
