The nurse was lovely and very helpful but at the nurses request I needed a face to face appointment with a doctor so while I was there I tried to make one and at no surprise here wasn’t any for the next 3 weeks and no other appointments had been released yet. The receptionist tried her hardest to help but I had to leave without an appointment.

Suggested improvements
You could of booked me an appointment. I used the ask my gp app and they booked me a telephone appointment which would of been pointless even tho I need a face to face so I cancelled it. I rang at 8 o’clock in the morning on my day off and you had no appointments.
