It took 3weeks to get a proper (face to face) appointment. Following the appointment I’m now on an urgent referral for further tests. If I’d been seen straight away those tests would now be complete and hopefully I’d have peace of mind or at least have started treatment, but I’m still waiting. However the young GP trainee was excellent.

Stop the ridiculous telephone appointment system and hire more doctors to the practice.
