Sometimes long wait times in the phone and delay before available appointments

Thank you for your feedback, our phone lines can get very busy, especially during peak times (mornings), however we do have an option for patients with non-urgent issues (if they don’t feel they need to speak to us today) to contact us online if they have access to the internet; the link is on our website or find it here https://florey.accurx.com/p/A82026. We are reviewing all feedback to establish areas for improvement. Thank you for highlighting, we have 2 patient toilets at both of our sites, and we do try our best to ensure that they are well stocked daily with toilet roll and handwash. If things run out throughout the day, it is very helpful when patients highlight it to us so that we can rectify it, thank you for highlighting.
