My appointment was cancelled via text message with 10 minutes notice.

While I appreciate staff illness happens my appointment at 8:10 should have a little more notice if cancellation. I can’t believe you didn’t have more notice than that. At the very least a phone call should have been made to advise with that little time before appointment.
