I needed dressing change after surgery to remove a BCG. I could not get an appointment and was advised to go to Urgent Treatment. My GP dermatologist heard of this and was able to arrange for me to see a practice nurse. She in turn has been able to book the required appointments over the next two weeks. The practice nurse who treated me was kind and totally professional. The receptionist was also courteous and professional, but seemed to be trapped by the system she had to administer. So, while the treatment I received was exemplary, my faith in the practice overall has been shaken. Sorry!

Suggested improvements
I imagine you must be in a corner with recruiting and retaining staff. I’ll vote for whoever will start the proceed of rebuilding GP services and join any campaign you start to fight for improved funding.
