If you need to see a particular doctor, then you sometimes have a bit of a wait.I didn't see the receptionist this time as she was busy, so I used the screen, but the receptionists are usually very helpful. I managed to see Dr. [name removed] this time, he was very helpful, and actually listened to me, and hopefully now everything will be sorted out.

Less waiting time , and just because I'm a pensioner made to feel that I still count ,( not all the time) but sometimes, I feel that because I'm elderly that I should just put up with my problems.
