I was expecting an annual health check but was offered a blood test to renew my prescription. Three weeks to wait for a blood test and 4 weeks for a telephone appointment with the pharmacist seems an excessive wait - even considering the routine nature of my requirements.

Suggested improvements
More prompt service and a more holistic approach to my health needs - now and in the future. The triage approach seems to have broken down to immediate response to my current health requirements. I do not feel like a person just an aggregate of presenting symptoms.
