I spoke to receptionist initially who booked me appointment with specialist speedily and efficiently. She was friendly and helpful. Paige I believe her name was. The doctor I spoke to rang and was knowledgable, insightful and sent me follow up info straight away. I felt heard, understood and informed by someone who knew what they were talking about.

Nothing in this instance. It would be nice if one were allocated the doctor at the surgery on their specialist field initially there than me having to ask but at least when I did there was no problem in being given a second opinion.
