Receptionist made every effort to get an appointment for my daughter but it was still a two week wait for a telephone consultation.
Suggested improvements
No reply to email request for repeat prescription although auto response said there would be a reply in three days. Therefore it wasn’t clear if medicine was ready or not.

I have always found the reception staff to be very helpful and polite. The nurse I saw was extremely caring and explained everything. I have always had great confidence in the Glebe.
